The Hanen Program® for parents is a family-focused program for parents of young children with language delays.  It is based on years of research.  It Takes Two to Talk ® addresses the need for early language intervention and the importance of parent's involvement in this intervention.  Gail Engels Barnard is a Hanen Certified Speech-Language Pathologist. Through activities and small group discussions, parents learn to create and take advantage of everyday opportunities to help their child communicate and use language.  This approach is personalized for each family with individual consultations and video feedback.

Who Should Attend?

It Takes Two to Talk ® is recommended for parents of children ranging from non-verbal to beginning to combine words to form short sentences.
